1. Once 100 % payment is done then only the order will be placed.

Then only will process your orders asap.

3. For All Ebike and E-BiCycle kits once the payment will be done.
we will process your order immediately and send you the Courier slip
in 1-2 days (Working days) on sucessful payment.

4. The material will be delivered of Minimum 5-7 working days or
by maximum of 7-10 working days.

5. We will provide you of course testing warranty for all the kits.
(Maximum of 7- 10days after product delivery)

6. We will provide only warranty for Motors according to the kits(Mentioned as per the kits).
warranty will not cover for accessories,Does not provide Refund or Exchange policy.

7. We cannot take responsibility for any delay,loss or
damage during transport.

8. However we ensure that all our products are reliable,tested &
brand new to use as per your application.

9.If in case any products not working please callus or mail us.
We shall be able to provide solutions.

10.Goods once sold it cannot be returned and replaced.

11.Once you have placed an order it cannot be cancelled.
